F&J is regularly retained by plaintiffs and defendants to handle complex commercial, business tort, legal and financial malpractice, construction, and insurance coverage cases. In 2002, F&J and one of its selected law firm affiliates obtained one of the larger settlements in the United States on behalf of a multi-national corporation in a complex business tort case. F&J is now pursuing multi-plaintiff litigation against manufacturers of synthetic stucco (barrier EIFS). The firm remains available on a stand-alone or affiliate basis to litigate complex commercial, construction, and professional liability matters.
