Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit ("KSN") has been selected by F&J as an alliance partner in pursuing aggregative barrier EIFS claims. KSN routinely represents Illinois community associations, multiple-dwelling management companies and single family property owners in construction defect and consumer protection litigation.

Jeffery S. Youngerman, a partner at KSN, is the lead KSN attorney serving on the F&J EIFS alliance team. Since 1986, Jeff has concentrated his practice in construction defect and related insurance coverage litigation, handling cases through all aspects of trial and appeal.
